Generally, the concrete floor of the basement and the garage are poured at the same time, when the roof is covered with a final coating to prevent the finish from being damaged by the rain. A roof also reduces the impact of the sun on the curing process of floors. Balcony floors must be poured in a day without precipitation, or must be covered in order to deal with the rainy weather.
